Through the Atlas Mountains of Morocco outside of Ouarzazate sits a small rural Berber women's cooperative consisting of over 40 women hand looming rugs. It is common for weavers to work on traditional, two-person handlooms for weeks on end to produce just one single piece. Each rug, and consequent ottoman, is a unique, one of a kind item of true craftsmanship.

Due to the handmade nature of these rugs using local materials there may be slight variations in color and/or craftsmanship.

Please note: Poufs are sent unstuffed, we stuff ours with extra comforters or pillows. For a firmer pouf consider reaching out to your local upholsterer to create a custom foam form.
