Moroccan hand looped rug of 100% natural wool and a black criss cross pattern. This rug is finished with a black and natural woven braid and fringe on both ends.

Through the Atlas Mountains of Morocco outside of Ouarzazate sits a small rural Berber women's cooperative consisting of over 40 women hand looming rugs.  It is common for weavers to work on traditional, two-person handlooms for weeks on end to produce just one single piece. 

Each rug is a unique, one of a kind item of true craftsmanship.  Due to the handmade nature of these rugs using local materials there may be slight variations in color and/or craftsmanship. The rug you receive will be this exact rug.
