About

First, I'd like to hug you, and say Welcome! I am so grateful you are here!

My name is Kerri, and some of the labels I use to describe myself are manifesting generator, soul seeker, well wisher, extroverted introvert, interior designer, priest artisan, Reiki practitioner, feminista, wife, momma, and magical curator of this & that.

I began my career in interior design right out of college and went on to open the beloved home furnishing and gift store, Americana Home Collection, in Denver's Cherry Creek North. From there, I had fruitful years as a constant creator in several upstart creative businesses. I became a freelance interior prop stylist for 5280 Home Magazine, Luxe Magazine, and Colorado Homes & Lifestyles. It was during this time that I really began to explore spirituality, longing for becoming and evolving, because who I was was not working for me.

I found the saying attributed to Buddha to be exceptionally true, “When the student is ready, the teacher will appear”.

When the timing was right, doorways and pathways began to open with the universe, spirit guides, and angels urging me on. I spent a weekend transforming with Her Holiness Jagadguru Sai Maa Lakshmi Devi Mishra. I immersed myself in a Divine Dive with a group of incredible soul-seeking women. I began Transcendental Meditation, Reconnective and Transpersonal Therapy, and I began looking for Signs. I unfollowed social media accounts that made me feel inadequate and rid myself of old teachings claiming that I was too sensitive. Instead, I began to do something with my sensitivity by stepping in to becoming a healer and lightworker.

I received a beautiful reading in early 2019 that said, "TRUST you have what you need". I was told to write it down and display it everywhere around me so I could see it. I was skeptical, yet up it went - refrigerator, desktop, bathroom mirror. At the end of the year, I realized I DID trust and I had begun to move through my life differently.

I went from being doubtful that this was true to knowing this was true.

My goal with Confía is to have an inclusive space for beginners on this path, whether that be on the website, in a retail store, through workshops, creating community, or offering alternative healing modalities. It is fun, light, explorative, and inviting because it is all based in love and bliss. It is a place where the seasoned can also come for a fresh new take, which might be a little lighter, yet just as rewarding.

I invite you to walk beside me as we explore a life in which we take responsibility,  walk with pride in who we are, and see the best in others. Let's aim for a joyful, joy-filled life. This is an invitation for you to step inside to all that is possible.

In great gratitude and big love,

Kerri
