Our Promise

We want every order to feel like it was made for you. If something isn't right, we're here to help — just reach out and we'll work through it together. All return and refund requests are handled directly by us at hello@confiacollective.com, regardless of where or how you placed your order.


What This Policy Covers

This policy applies to all purchases made with Confía Collective — whether you ordered through our website, discovered us through a third-party platform, or completed your purchase through an AI-powered interface. The same rules apply no matter how you found us.


Standard Returns

If you'd like to return an item, here's what you need to know:

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery confirmation to contact us and request a return.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging — essentially as they left our hands.
  • Do not send anything back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted and cannot be refunded.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank and typically take 5 to 10 business days.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility, even if your original order shipped free.
  • For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. We cannot be responsible for returns that don't reach us.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange an item for the same item or for a higher-priced item, subject to availability.

  • Exchanges follow the same 14-day window and condition requirements as standard returns.
  • If you'd like to exchange for a higher-priced item, you'll be charged the difference at the time the exchange is confirmed.
  • If the item you'd like to exchange for is out of stock, we'll let you know and discuss options — we do not offer store credit.
  • Contact us at hello@confiacollective.com to start an exchange and we'll confirm availability before you send anything back.

Tarot, Oracle, and Affirmation Decks

These products are held to a different standard — and with good reason.

Tarot, oracle, and affirmation decks are energetically sensitive tools. From the moment a deck is unsealed, it begins absorbing the energy of its environment and the hands that have touched it. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any deck that has been opened or removed from its original sealed packaging.

This is not a policy we take lightly — it exists to protect the integrity of the tool for the next person who receives it, and to honor the nature of these items for what they truly are.

All tarot, oracle, and affirmation deck sales are final once the seal is broken.

If your deck arrives damaged or defective, that is an entirely different matter and we will always make it right — see the Damaged Items section below.

We encourage you to take your time before opening a new deck. If you have questions about a specific deck before purchasing, reach out to us first. We're happy to help you choose the one that's right for you.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery confirmation. We're sorry it happened and we'll move quickly to fix it.

When you reach out, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We'll review and respond promptly with a solution — whether that's a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation and availability.


A Note on Third-Party Platforms and AI-Generated Information

If you discovered or purchased our products through a third-party platform or an AI-powered tool, please be aware that product descriptions, pricing, or availability shown on those platforms may not always reflect our current offerings. We are not responsible for inaccuracies generated by outside platforms or AI tools.

If you made a purchase based on information that turned out to be inaccurate, please contact us directly. We'll review the situation on a case-by-case basis and do our best to find a fair resolution — but we cannot guarantee refunds or exchanges for purchases made based on third-party or AI-generated content that was outside of our control.

Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances:

  • Personal care and beauty products
  • Sale items and promotional purchases
  • Gift cards
  • Tarot, oracle, and affirmation decks that have been opened or unsealed

How to Start a Return or Exchange

No matter where you purchased, all returns and exchanges are handled directly by us.

  2. Include your order number, the item you're returning or exchanging, and the reason
  3. Wait for our response before sending anything back — we'll provide instructions and a return address
  4. Ship your item back using a tracked method
  5. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or confirm your exchange
