Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are Tuesday - Saturday from 10 am-6 pm. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come to collect your magical purchases..
How do I check the status of my order?
We know you're excited to get your package! When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Do you offer free shipping?
We understand that free shipping is a common expectation these days. The truth is there is no such thing for a small business. We pack your orders with love and a bit of magic, then safely hand them off to our hardworking UPS or postal carriers, who bring them to you — no contact required.
We appreciate your business and do offer free shipping for orders of $77 or more.
My package was stolen, will you replace it?
We hate it when that happens. Karma is for sure coming to them. Unfortunately, since we fulfilled our end of the deal by packing and shipping your items, we don't replace stolen merchandise. You can make a claim with UPS, USPS, or whichever company was used to ship your package
I need my magical products sooner. Do you offer express shipping?
