To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
I changed my mind about the order I received, can I return it?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will consider the reasons for your return and upon approval process an authorization for return. If authorization is granted, please return the product to us. You will be responsible for all shipping costs and responsibilities.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, even if you initially received free shipping. Once we have received the items in their original condition, we will issue a refund in the original form of payment. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Lost or stolen items will not be covered by Confía Collective.
What if the item I received is damaged?
First, we apologize, it's a bummer to be excited about something arriving only to have it broken. Second, email us within 3 days of receiving the package with pictures, please. We will get right on a solution!
